Cancellation Policy
Please note that any changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, we may not be able to accommodate your request as the order will have already entered the processing phase. If you cancel your order within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging our products to prevent damage during shipping. We define "damaged" as a functional defect or a physically broken product.
Note: Damaged external packaging (such as dented boxes) where the product remains in good condition is not considered product damage.
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. To report damage:

We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged through normal wear and tear, misuse, or standard use.
Shipping and Delivery
While we strive for timely delivery, Simple Decision cannot be held responsible for shipping delays outside of our control (e.g., courier delays, customs, or logistical factors). If you experience delivery issues, please contact the courier directly. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. If the address is incorrect and we are not notified within 24 hours of the order being placed, you will not be entitled to a resend or a refund.
